Come and join Ian Waite as he teaches you all his favourite Ballroom and Latin steps in a fun new class designed for all levels of ability and fitness.

Zumba® classes start again in 2015.

Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance workout fusing hypnotic rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a fun fitness class that will keep you coming back for more!

It combines moves from Salsa, Merengue and Cumbia into exercise classes set to funky Latin American music.

Zumba® is suitable for anyone over the age of 16 and is great for all levels of fitness and experience. Before you know it, you're getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!

Come along to Ian's Zumba classes every Tuesday at 6:15pm.

Although this is a class designed for dancing with partners, don't let that stop you coming as long as you don't mind dancing on your own. Classes on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8:15pm.

Changes to the Schedule

Please check here each week before setting off to ensure there are no cancellations or changes to the schedule. Where possible, registered participants will be informed by email in advance - so do please sign-up over on the left!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

Ian is now on Tour with Oti and so won't be leading all his classes... When Ian's not available, FitSteps classes will be taken by Vicki Arnold @ £5pp, Monday's Ballroom class will be a practise session with a number of instructors, and Tuesday's Ballroom will be led by his father Alan / sister Anna. This is subject to change but advance notice will be given where possible. Keeeeeep dancing!!!

NB: There will be no classes on Easter Monday, 2nd April.

What to wear

Wear what you feel comfortable in, e.g. aerobic gym clothing — bear in mind that you'll get hot! Comfortable footwear is essential, such as dance/sports trainers. And bring a water bottle to keep hydrated!

Do I need to book?

No, simply turn up! However, it's advisable to sign up to the mailing list over on the left hand side to ensure we can contact you if there are any changes to the class schedule.

Please arrive in good time to guarantee your place! Ample parking available.
